野外生態攝影師 Josiah Launstein 年僅 13 歲，但已獲獎無數，他贏出過的比賽包括 Young Outdoor Photographer of the Year、Wildlife Photographer of the Year、Bird Photographer of the Year 等，部份得獎作品更在倫敦自然史博物館、加拿大皇家不列顛哥倫比亞博物館，及皇家安大略博物館展出。

最近 Josiah Launstein 接受 CBC Arts 的訪問時表示，他 5 歲時初次接觸爸爸的後備相機、7 歲起認真學習怎樣使用相機。他十分喜歡留在郊外，也喜歡與動物相處，因此愛上了拍攝野外生態。他覺得拍攝野生動物很考耐性，因為要慢慢等待動物出現，又要配合適合的光線。最後，他鼓勵有興趣學習攝影的朋友多拍攝自己喜愛的事物、在照片裡展現出來。
