一年前被拍到絆倒難民的攝影師 Petra Laszlo，當時曾引起全球公憤，最近則被正式起訴破壞社會安寧罪（breaching the peace），案件會在今年稍後開審，如果罪成，根據匈牙利當地法律，最高刑罰是兩年有期徒刑。

當時攝影師被拍攝到絆倒難民和踢人後，已被電視台解僱，此事也在網絡上議論紛紛，大多是責備攝影師的言論，不過後來 Petra Laszlo 曾指那些片段「讓我的生活一團糟」，更揚言要興訟控告 Facebook 和那位敘利亞爸爸。

而匈牙利瓊格拉德州首席檢察官 Zsolt Kopasz 指，影片中可見攝影師主動起腳，踢一名年輕的難民和絆倒抱著孩子的敘利亞爸爸，經過調查後，雖然攝影師之前曾經道歉，表示「覺得自己被攻擊」才會起腳，但控方認為攝影師並沒有「合理的原因對他人造成傷害」。

不過話說回來，那位被絆倒的爸爸，在受到廣泛關注之後，於西班牙可重操故業教足球，也許說是因禍得福吧？不知道這會否成為被告的抗辯呢？
