希臘聖托里尼島去年旅客數量太多，不堪負荷下明年限制每日 8000 人-攝影札記 Photoblog

位於愛琴海上的希臘聖托里尼島(Santorini) 是一個旅遊熱點，不少遊客都愛前往拍攝滿佈藍白色小屋的風景。根據報道，聖托里尼島去年的遊客數目共 200 萬人次，高峰期更高達 18000 人次，旅遊業為當地帶來收入和名聲的同時，也令環境不堪負荷，因此當局決定在 2019 年限制每天登島人數為 8000 人。

在到訪的旅客中，大部份都是乘搭大型遊輪來「一天遊」的旅客，只會在島上逗留大約 7 小時。日落風景與「藍白天堂」令世界各地的遊客慕名而來，小小的島上原居民只有 15000 人，但高峰期卻每天有 18000 人次登島，遊客數目明顯令當地難以負荷，更帶來嚴重的垃圾問題，市長 Mayor Zoros 表示「島上已經飽和，我們無法再處理任何遊客」，因此將在來年推行新規定，限制乘搭大型遊輪來的旅客人數為每天 8000 人。

雖然此政策或有助改善當地環境，但同時引起郵輪業者和食肆、酒店、零售等商家不滿，擔心會扼殺生計，提出政府應改善基礎設施以容納更多旅客。

大量遊客帶來負荷問題，令人聯想起香港的情況。根據香港旅遊發展局的數字，單是剛過去的 7 月份已有 540 萬人次訪港，當中 440 萬來自中國，比起上年同期上升 8%。由於中國推行「一簽多行」政策、開放港澳個人遊（自由行），本港旅遊業踏入高峰的同時，也帶來水貨客、中港矛盾等問題，引起不少市民不滿，可惜港府看來未有意仿傚外國做法，限制入境人數。
