意大利城市錫耶納（Siena）非牟利組織 Art Photo Travel 每年均會舉辦「Siena International Photo Awards」（SIPAContest），本年共收到接近 48,000 個參賽作品，主辦方已公佈年度總冠軍、10 個類別及影片組別得獎者，所有得獎作品將於11月在意大利錫耶納獎攝影節展出。

本年總冠軍由海洋及野生動物攝影師 Greg Lecoeur 獲得，他的作品「Frozen Mobile Home」（上圖）於南極洲（Antarctica）拍攝，冰山是各種海洋生物的棲息地，數隻鋸齒海豹在冰山附近暢泳，充滿活力。
