攝影師 Ezequiel Scagnetti 發現，他的的一張照片被英國樂隊 One Direction 成員 Harry Styles 盜圖放到 Instagram 上，當他指出歌手盜圖時，卻反被粉絲們洗版狂罵。

該名歌手有 150 萬名追蹤者，照片短時間就得到 750,000 個讚好，當然是在沒有附上攝影師名字的情況下，Ezequiel Scagnetti 在他的 Facebook 發表了文章，指出 Harry Styles 在未經許可下使用了他的照片，但是 Facebook 馬上就被大量該名歌手的粉絲洗版：

粉絲主要都是說「被 Harry Styles 轉載是你的光榮，不然沒人會知道你！」、還有覺得歌手是超好的人，不寫出處根本沒有問題、認為攝影師只是想紅想要錢等等…（以下截圖轉自 petapixel）

攝影師又怎樣回應？他沒有跟粉絲對罵（而後來因這事件在 Facebook 被轉發，也多了很多支持攝影師的聲音），寫了一篇給那些粉絲的回覆。（全文需要到文章底下查看）

Ezequiel Scagnetti 指，他理解那些粉絲大多是年輕人，他們可能並不知道，攝影師和他們熱愛的 Harry Styles 也是活在版權世界。每次人們買 CD，付出演唱會門票的錢，藝人才會有錢賺，同樣，在街上的海報、廣告、雜誌的照片，攝影師也要收版權費用和工資，如果全世界都只聽盜版碟或非法下載，那歌手也生活不了，攝影師也一樣。

“Do you know that #harrystyles and myself, we live of copyright?

Every streamed song, every CD you buy, every concert ticket you pay, you are paying artist’s copyrights.
If you are not paying for it, some sponsor or company is doing it for you. Nothing is free. Neither Harry Styles work’s, neither my work.

Every magazine you buy, every poster you see, every advertising photography you see, in internet or in the “real world”, a photographer is getting paid on copyrights, even if you are not taking the money from your pockets, somebody is doing it.

#harrystyles maladroitness is not a real reason for me to sue him (you guys invented it), he is not the first publishing my work without permission and without previous agreement.
But you should understand that I have the right to do it if I want. And I have the right to be upset.”

他又說，當那些藝人偷了別人的工作成果，粉絲卻為了支持自己的偶像而盲目地攻擊，完全是不理性的行為，在攝影師自己眼中，「 Like」數根本就不值錢，但版權卻是自己本來就有的東西。並叫那些人快點返回現實，也不要再因為他未聽過 One Direction 而浪費時間罵人。
