關於分娩的痛楚、迎接新生命的喜悅，我們都聽過媽媽分享，但始終沒法想像到底有多痛、有多快樂。當用文字或說話都不能準確描述的時候，攝影作品便成了有力的紀錄。Birth Becomes Her 攝影比賽分為五個類別，紀錄由懷孕至寶寶出世後的不同經歷，包括懷孕、陣痛、出生、產後護理、母乳餵哺。

大會今年收到近 1000 幅參賽作品，並從中挑選了得獎者，各組別另設公眾投票獎。
