由杜拜王子 Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum 推動的國際級攝影大賽「哈姆丹國際攝影獎」（HIPA）每個月都有不同主題，而十月的主題為「Urban」。參加者只要在照片加上相應標籤即可參加。

是次的「People’s Choice Award」獎品為 Canon EOS M50 相機，由 Joebel Garcisto 贏得。
