由格林尼治皇家天文台（Royal Observatory Greenwich）舉辦的「Insight Astronomy Photographer of the Year」（年度天文攝影師比賽）已至第 12 屆，本年大會收到超過 5,000 多個參賽作品，主辦方已公佈年度攝影師大獎及各組別得獎者。

本年比賽分為 9 個組別，年度攝影師大獎由法國攝影師 Nicolas Lefaudeux 獲得，他亦同時為 Galaxies 組別得獎者。其作品「Andromeda Galaxy at Arm’s Length？」（上圖）拍攝著具移軸效果的仙女座星系 （Andromeda Galaxy）。為了拍得這種效果，攝影師以 3D 打印部件，把相機以一定角度固定在望遠鏡的對焦上，散焦令畫面邊沿產生模糊感，給人一種伸手可及的感覺。
